i just found a way to do this:
1. go to GitHub - csound/manual at 7.0
2. download with CODE and extract
3. open CsoundQt
4. Configuration --> Environment --> HTML Doc Directory
5. point to downloaded manual 7.0 (here on Linux /media/menno/datae/CsoundManual7/test/manual-7.0/html)
6. restart CsoundQt
et voila.
But i rarely use CsoundQt, perhaps there is a caveat i do not know...
Menno is right - with CsoundQt you can download any version of manual and point CsoundQt to that in configuration.
Other thing if Menno’s version is downloadable.
YES! - Menno sent me a .zip of his latest manual built as an html folder - and it works.
it might be nice to have the html as part of the git repository.
This is great.
While we wait for Csound7, I will share this latest version of the manual with my students for use in our CsoundQt IDE
and I will make great use of it myself too.
