Dear Victor and John,

thanks - problem is solved! I just recompiled to today’s version of Csound 6.18 and the code now woks as expected. Sorry, John, I forgot to remove the double-quotes for a try before I jus recompiled Csound, so I can not try it out now anymore. But it’s working now and I do not have to file it the bugracker…

Is Csound 6.18 released for my students? Hope so.
If not, can it be, please? I have a pretty great class this summer.

Also, is there a latest-stable beta release of CsoundQt to share?

No, Csound 6.18 is beta still. Unreleased.

yes, there was a bug but I thought it had been fixed already a while ago.
