If on the CsoundQt Configuration screen

I have

Csound Qt Options: Active box
and
Ignore CsOptions: Box NOT active

Because the commands of Csound Qt Options prevail over those of the csd, which are:

<CsOptions>

-o dac0 aerosound.wav -W -odac -d -i adc1

Hi!

I did not understand exactly your question but the combination looks good to me - this way you can set some thing in CsOptions and others in CsoundQt settings.
You can see what is the final combination of options if you press Run in Terminal and scroll to top where you see the csound command (CsoundQt Run uses them internally via Csound API but the same options).
