Urgent problem. I was doing a piece of work for a subject for university using csound. I was using csoundQt when out of nowhere the program closed. Even tho I had saved the file, both on Qt and my computer, it’s now apparently gone. Doesn’t show up anywhere. Yesterday I had the same problem but didn’t even saved the file at that point, and I was able to retrieve it on recent files, in the file section of Qt. Now, it’s the only tab I had opened that doesn’t show up, and all my work was there, and it’s due today at 23, so basically I’m gonna fail this subjects anyone knows how to retrieve the file? Thank you
Ouch. Sorry to hear about your woes. But I can’t see how CsoundQT would have caused the file to be deleted. It sounds like you’re not sure where the file was actually saved? Have you tried searching your OS for the file name? Have you checked your trash?
Hi, thanks for answering. I cannot understand as well but thankfully I was able to retrieve the file with the help of a friend. At least now I know how to find it. Anyways thanks for your help!
