Fix and question

i think this is wrong (under Category > The Csound Mailinglist):
“Visit http://csound.1045644.n5.nabble.com/ to subscribe.”
the subscription address is:
LISTSERV 16.5 - CSOUND List at LISTSERV.HEANET.IE

and the question: currently i receive any email to the csound mailing list twice: directly and via this forum. how can i receive anything which is asked here on the forum as email, but only this?
