just a quick note to say that there is now a flatpak version of CsoundQt (for linux, only x86_64 at the moment). The flatpak includes the latest csound 7 version available at the time it is built, and it will be kept up to date with the development version of csound. It includes all the latest updates of csoundqt (port to qt6, lots of performance improvements, support for csound7, new manual, etc) and is shipped with most external plugins.
So if you’re using linux and want to try the latest csoundQt/csound combination, this should make things a bit easier.
