[Csnd] floss manual scrims example 404 not found

Just noticed that the Scrims example is 404-ing at
The Csound FLOSS Manual.

Not sure where it went, but it's not there anymore. Maybe Michael
moved it somewhere else?

Update: Scrims and several other online pieces of mine are available at https://gogins.github.io/csound-examples/, and they run fine from there as far as I can tell.
