for mac silicon users i want to share a solution for issues to include eduardo's great collection of plugin opcodes at GitHub - csound-plugins/csound-plugins: Plugins for csound. these issues prevented a plugin library to be loaded in csoundqt (and perhaps other frontends) even if it worked with command line csound.
to make this work:
1. download the new universal build of the plugins at https://github.com/csound-plugins/csound-plugins/releases/download/v1.19.2/csound-plugins--macos-universal.zip
2. unzip and replace any older version of the plugin library by it. if you don't know the location, run 'risset info | grep pluginspath'.)
3. open each of these libraries in terminal (right-click and "open with ...") and confirm open (despite security warnings).
(if you have risset installed step 3 might be substituted by 'risset dev codesign'.)
