Cabbage, of course, is a wonderful software by Rory Walsh, not me.
It is a very nice demo how Cabbage plugins are used - useful in some future lesson about Csound usage in future.!

Having access to your plugins with a touchscreen monitor seems like a very nice solution.
Yes, I think that the touchscreen is useful and effective for live electronics.
Cabbage works very well with the touchscreen! It also works by manipulating multiple controls at same time.
In the future, perhaps, an architecture that allows you to drag and drop and resize several panels (plugins) into a single “global panel” (shareable with any DAW and plugin) would be useful.
One could use the main screen for the “global panel” and the other for the DAW or musical score.
I am attaching a graphic example.
