# Error "Missing end tag"

Csoundqt- tried and tested- started spitting out this error message: “UnifiedCSD: C: /Users/ … .csd  
Missing end tag Reading CSD failed (No such file or directory)… stopping”  
Even through the \<\> \</\> CsInstruments brackets are done correctly. I haven’t done anything to the software, installed any updates or drivers… I can’t think of what could have caused this. Do any of you have any experience?

Hi!

I suspect there might be some non-standard characters somewhere in the code, perhaps some strange quote mark or similar.  
Try deleting or commentig out your code or blocks of it to try it out.

yes. and run any of the built-in examples to proof that it is not a  
csoundqt issue.
