Hello again,
so now I can load an opcode which was compiled from Faust using faust2csound. So it is an external library.

Now, I wonder how the parameters work. Is there a system to it, or is it trial and error?

I assumed that the parameters to the Csound opcode might be in the order of their appearance in the Faust dsp code. But that isn't right. I could only work out one parameter safely. Anyway, Csound would only accept six parameters, whereas the Faust code specifies 7 hsliders. Is that perhaps a limit I should be aware of?

I'd appreciate any help.

Best wishes,

Jeanette

Hi Eduardo,
thanks for that tip. With a little more digging I found the answers. By default k-rate parameters are ordered alphabetically. Prefixing the names of UI components with

n

where n is an integer, you can specify the order of parameters to be used. -- Just in case anyone else might be wondering.

Best wishes,

Jeanette
