[Csnd] Python Opcodes

Hi All,

I remembered just now someone had asked me about the Python Opcodes at
the Csound conference. To follow up, I had compiled the ones in the
plugins directory and they kind of "just worked" on my M1 Mac
compiling for arm64.

They don’t work on Windows at the moment.
