[Csnd] Microphone Feedback Instrument

Hello everybody!

I’m asking for some suggestions on a project of mine.

I am working on a feedback instrument, mainly microphone feedback. i only have experince on this topic with max and pure data instruments - it looks like csound is acting a little bit different then these two.
This instrument is for an live-peformance. So, i’m a littlte bit scared that everything just explodes - like it was in a few of my last practice sessions in the studio.

Do you have some suggestions on this topic? Maybe also some artistic ideas?

If ou are worried aout feedback explosionyou migt consider actvating the limiter.

Without seeing your code I have no other advice.

Hi Philipp,
take a look at the Øyvind Branstegg auto-gain code that we looked at last semester. It is quite amazing.
