I’ll be playing with this soon to find out how well it works but the idea looks great. This would make it much easier to use Csound with “Common Music” and also have systems like musx work with CsoundAC via its Python interface, with Music 21, abjad, etc.

This sounds very interesting, Michael, thanks for the heads up. Any
idea if Taube is planning to make it available on PyPI? It would be
great if it could be installed with pip and having the documentation at
readthedocs.
