I was inspired during the past week’s online Csound meetup to put together my many thoughts about working with Csound on Chromebooks.
I was happy to note that Scott is heavily involved in Android as am I. (I “publish” all my works both in console and Android editions. The console versions require MIDI controllers, while Android handles control on its own.)
I feel that the Chromebook occupies a valuable, inexpensive slot between laptops and smartphones. It represents an ergonomic, compact, self-contained way of doing especially realtime work in Csound. I’d like to see more awareness of this resource.
