[Csnd] Csound Canonical reference manual removed from Github?

When I opened the Android app tonight the Help tab, which usually shows the reference manual, instead showed a Github 404, page not found.

On that note, is there a version that can be downloaded for offline use? I've done a couple of searches but can't find a pdf, only the Csound.com and Csounds.com HTML versions.
